I also have that problem and I was getting PO'ed. After clicking the link while on Pinterest, click on the "Shrink page" at the top right corner by the close button, the web page loads. Then I click back to full page. I'm doing this until the issue is solved. Hope this works for others.

2018-01-22 is the current release date for firefox 58 (pinterest will also be looking into possible workarounds on their site).

Beta version is the same. Still doesn't help Pinterest links load. Will wait for the FF update in January. Thanks

Letting you know, my Pinterest problem is gone. I'm currently on FF 57.0.2.

I have a related problem. I receive emails from Pinterest in my webmail inbox with pics that are links that should take me to pins in Pinterest but they take me to a blank Google search page. If I hover over a pic I can see that the link starts with "https://post.pinterest,com/" but in the address bar on the Google page that I go to if I click the link there's something like this: https://www.google.com.au/?gfe_rd=cr&dcr=0&ei=jmpOWvnGGuzDXpX0jfgN

It's as if Google is hijacking the link.

I've posted a separate question titled "Links to Pinterest in emails don't work in Firefox" but I'm thinking there might be a common cause to all Pinterest problems.

Jennyddragon, try refreshing ff. I had to do that the other night because my ff home page was a blank page and i didn't have it set that way. I refreshed it from a button in the ff sign in. Type in "refresh" in their search. You'll loose all add-ons but it should fix the problem. It fixed mine and I put my add-ons back.

G'day Buttermeup. Not sure what you meant by ff sign in. I clicked "sign in to sync" and signed but couldn't find a refresh button. The links work if I access my emails with IE or Chrome so I think I'll leave it at that as I currently have health issues and don't have much energy.

Thanks for trying to help me and sorry for the slow reply. Oh, just realised FF has updated to a new version, so I might try opening emails in FF and clicking the Pinterest links once more.
