We are receiving a flood of calls to our service desk with customers using Firefox and receiving "SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ". On occasion, using the "Reset Firefox" function seems to resolve the issue for some users, but not all.

Using Chrome or IE is the workaround we are providing to customers who experience this issue.
