How is that unchanged !?
But please note that we are NOT the people you need to talk to for decisions on this.
You are free to promote your Website but if you are distributing a changed Firefox you need permission or to not call it Firefox and not use Firefox logos.
You may get permision IF you follow the guidelines Philipp linked to
Getting StartedI note that actually redirects to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/partnerships/distribution/ with a possible dead end because of the lack of any link in the sentences
Creating and distributing a release is a five-step process:
- Defining proposed customizations
- Review and approval of proposed customizations
- Creation of customized distributions
- Distribution testing and review of marketing collateral (landing pages, etc.)
- Finalizing distribution agreement and release
To help you with outlining your proposed customizations we provide a branding worksheet that outlines the areas of the browser we will consider for customization. We try to minimize the number of customizations in a build, and prefer to keep the user experience as similar as possible to the release versions of Firefox from mozilla.org. The template below outlines the changes we generally consider, but if you have additional customizations you’d like to incorporate, we’d be happy to discuss them with you. The worksheet is available from:

hi, if you include an unaltered version of firefox you are free to do so without any permission - otherwise please refer to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/partnerships/distribution/.
Its a bit complicated.
If it is all for your own use no problem. If you want to distribute Firefox unaltered free of charge again likely to be no problem. Some other uses are not as straightforward.
Have a look at this article and its linked information:
If i put my website as the start page and left everything unchanged do i need permission?

Just a thought. You are probably aware other Linux Operating Systems do already use Firefox in their Distros, and Debian that used Firefox branded as Iceweasel appears to be moving back again to using a build it officially calls Firefox.
Some distros probably use Firefox ESR rather than Firefox Release.
