It's not legit - notice how the "popup" window labelled "Firefox patch setup" has a different colour and appearance from your browser window (and by extension, any other windows from your computer). It's styled (rather badly) to look like a Windows 7/8 window, but it looks like you're using Windows 10.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND OPEN THAT FILE.
