Firefox Sync - Open Tabs haven't been synced

Hello, I had about 13 Open tabs before doing a fresh Ubuntu install. I logged in to my sync account and made a final sync to make sure everything is okay (I have all the options checked). After that, I did a fresh Ubuntu install, updated firefox and then logged onto my sync account. I have waited for firefox to re=install the plugins/add-ons/bookmarks but my 13 tabs didn't show up.

The "tabs from other devices" page is blank and I really want to restore my open tabs.
