My customized browser suddenly resetting?
In a random interval, whenever I shut down my computer and turn it on again, I open Firefox. It said that it was my "first run" even though I am using this browser for 2 years.

Was all of the profile's data still there when it gave the "First Run Tour"?
This could be a problem with the preferences or a problem with the profiles.ini file that causes Firefox to create a new profile.
Is there only one profile present in the default location used for profiles?

You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder and go one level up.
