2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste that into the "Post a Reply" box. (Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the ID's. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like)

Hello, if you have BitDefender security software try to de-activate and check if you can download and install firefox from the next link (full installer): https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

you can also try to upgrade BitDefender security software to latest (if you have it, of course)

avcuf32.dll = BitDefender

icudt52.dll = International Components for Unicode

Disable BitDefender, restart the computer, then run Firefox. Is there still a problem?
