I clearly do not remember the username and password for my account and I have lots of bookmarks I would like to transfer over to the Firefox I am using on my other computer. I request that Mozilla send me my password and username but I never get an email.

If you are referring to your Firefox Account for the Sync service ...

If you don't know the username (the account email address), you can't get the password - a very basic security precaution.

Take a look at your Saved Passwords in Options > Security. Sync uses the internal address of chrome://weave(Mozilla Services Password) when saving your username and password for Sync.

That should help you set up Sync on the 2nd device.
