1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste that into the "Post a Reply" box. (Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the ID's. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like)

I can't respond to some of my emails. Do you think my Avast is blocking them? I need to get this fixed right away. Please tell me what to do. I'm not a computer expert, just trying to make a living on Craigslist.

The antivirus is scanning outgoing email? Why? If there are no viruses in the computer, there will be none in outgoing email messages. Try turning off virus scanning in outgoing mail.

finitarry Most scanners will scan incoming and outgoing mail since many viruses will use the users own address book to send itself.

njbryson12 Open your add-ons manager; <Control><Shift> A and disable All added toolbars. Some of them have caused issues for some users.
