WE WOULD LIKE TO DISABLE IT PLEASE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE INSTRUCTIONS TO DO IT.

Has anyone seen a message similar to this when trying to attach a document, usually a pdf to an email?

O:\XXXXXXXXXX.pdf could not be opened, because the associated helper application does not exist. Change the association in your preferences.

Also, when someone send me an image file, I can't open it directly from the email. I have to download it and then open it. This isn't as big of an issue as the above, but I thought I'd ask it too.

I know i have asked this already but i did not receive an answer of a solution and id really like someone to help me with this. It is a duplicate question but again no answer and id really like one . i want to remove it please do not tell me toget a new profile and lose everything i have. there has to be another way

When TB starts up, the only folders I can see are Recent. I can go to View/Folders and click ALL, and as soon as I move the mouse away from that menu item, it switches back to Recent. This started on version 115.09, but persists after I've "upgraded" to 115.10.1.

It has now (5/3/24 17:25 CDT) been 2-1/2 days since I submitted this problem, and no one has responded that it has even been noticed, much less solved. One of my two email accounts is a POP3, and the other is IMAP. The IMAP account Inbox doesn't even show up on the TB home screen. (If that info is of any help).

PLEASE ADVISE. My emails are an integral part of my business, and I cannot get to almost any them.

I just asked this question a few minutes ago. This is a correction. It's only the font size in my signature that has shrunk since the latest Thunderbird update. The image in the signature is still the same size as it was before the update. I would like to know HOW to make the signature font size the same as the message font size.

The height of the viewing panel for emails is far too small. I can only see a couple of lines of text at the most and am unable to reduce the height of the incoming list of emails as previously in order to increase the height of the viewing panel. I have been helped to increase the font size of the overall layout so that I can now read it better but the green button to declare that my problem has been solved tells me that the page isn't working!

why am i getting blocking yellow bar at the bottom of some emails and drafts. I want to know how to remove them and do not wan encryption either please help. i want the yellow bars at the bottom of the page removed thank you

Effettuata la procedura i messaggi in entrata hanno iniziato a funzionare regolarmente ma mi sono accorto che tutte le mail nella cartella posta in arrivo erano prive di testo. I need help with an abusive administer he only an administer because he stole my e-commerce operating system in 2017 by putting malware on to my keyboard port so no key board would type I could not stop him I was originally hacked in 2014 I shut down my system that was unopened at the time for two years until I had gone through 25 devices because the abusive administer put malware onto all my devices and ruined them this has got to stop u just won money I can’t get into my google account because he changed my password and took my phone numbers because of so I can change the password to get into it I have about 25 google accounts for this reason every time something good happens and money is involved he takes my accounts so it don’t happen this isn’t the firsts time he has done this very same thing some one has to stop this criminal He takes Money off my cards and spends my money how much more of this do I have to put up with he is not an administer he is a hacking thief and I demand help

can i shut it off this way I do not gnat encryption and i am using Norton a d i also use ccleaner and glary does this have anything to do with it

I was a happy camper until V115 stuck its ugly nose into my interface.

Fonts on the interface are absolutely terrible and almost unreadable and cause rather severe eye strain.

I have tried going to Settings->Language & Appearance->Fonts & Colors->Advance and they will not change.

What am I missing.

I noticed that New Times Roman wasn't available as a font. What gives?

I'm getting a "nonoverridable TLS error" message when Thunderbird first opens. Also, new emails won't download into my IMAP account. I've tried adjusting the incoming and outgoing server port settings and even turning off the antivirus and phishing email scanners. Nothing works. It's now 1:59 PM on a Thursday afternoon and I've received no new emails since 11:20 AM. Please give me security settings that will work.

Threading is something I, and indeed large numbers of Thunderbird users, do NOT want, ever.

Please provide an option to disable threading, across all folders, all acounts.

Even worse, the option to Ignore Thread, is simply a way to lose emails. To have a shortcut to hide a message, without even knowing, is crazy. Given how poor Windows control of focus is, and how easy it is to start typing but actually still be in the email listings, its inevitable that you will hit e.g. K or A or whatever, and cause bizarre effects or lose emails.

So I want to disable threading to avoid losing emails. I would also like to disable Archiving, and other functions, that are all simply ways to lose emails by accident.

I used to get my new messages sorted by date. Now the sort panel is checked for Recipient, Ascending, Threaded. I am not able to find new messages. I am unable to uncheck or check to receive according to date.
