having a problem on many websited including wikipedia on android firfox, unless zoomed in much of the text is inivisable, cutting off half way through words, as you soom in text reapears in bits and pieces as if gradulally being uncovered

The browser stopped working since last week. Before when i opened the browser, i can see it loading. But nowadays, the loading is gone and only black screen is left. I cannot even access add-on. Its just loading

No media notification while watching youtube videos (since Firefox 111 or earlier).

It was availabe recently, it was possible to play video in the background. Now it's no longer possible.

i checked on two different Android devices - the same issue.

Sometimes, Firefox 114.2.0 for Android suddenly stops rendering pages or loading new pages.

• Try to search: instantly stops loading, completely white tab, address bar content changes to search
• Try to enter an address directly: doesn’t load, completely white tab, address bar contents stay the same
• Force quitting and reloading doesn’t change anything
• Clearing cache doesn’t change anything
• Clearing data fixes the problem, at the cost of losing all home-screen customization, extensions, and search engine customization, which aren’t synced with the Firefox account

Hello, for the past month when watching youtube through the firefox app, I am unable to use the media output feature of my phone (galaxy S21 FE) to stop/play videos. So for e.g. I used to be able to minimise the browser and listen to the audio only output. But now the audio stops when I minimise. Other applications are able to trigger the media output so that's not a problem with my phone.

I'm having trouble with Firefox on my mobile device. It was working fine yesterday but won't access the internet now. It runs but won't connect. All other programs on my device access it as always. Could I have unknowingly disabled it? I've made no changes to any of my settings for months. I don't want to lose the info it has acquired by reinstalling. Can you please help?

There is an issue with mobile version of Google page, page loads as white page even at freshly installed Firefox nightly without any addons etc. When searching via address bar results are presented normally, but then when click on Google button to go into main page it load white page again. In addition I have checked it in my other device and it was the same behaviour, so it seems that something wrong is with Google itself. When use option to view page in desktop/computer mode page loads normally.

Just a white screen today.

• Settings > Apps > Firefox Nightly > Force stop didn't help

Android has an option to clear a cache, but I don't know whether that is safe. Would prefer not to clear data if possible to avoid.

I have Firefox synced with my mobile and my desktop. I have a number of logins and passwords saved. When I go to a site I get suggested logins, I click on the appropriate one, and up until recently, whether on my cell or desktop it filled in and I click and can login. It recently stopped working on my cell. I can bring up the webpage, I still get suggested logins and click the appropriate one but nothing gets filled in, no user name and no password. I have logged out and relogged in, resync'd and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions before I stop using Firefox and look for another browser that works on desktop and cell?

Recently, this new, exceptionally annoying tab auto-refresh feature on Firefox came to my attention that I hadn't experienced two or three years ago. I've been using Firefox mobile since 2015.

Whenever I fill out a form and switch to another tab or app, the website refreshes, causing me to lose all my progress.

Whose marvelous idea was this, and what on earth is the bloody purpose behind it?

Unfortunately, I haven't found any workaround to disable it so far. The about:config doesn't work on mobile.

I've read something about RAM resource management, but seriously, does this single tab really require management when most devices have 8 - 16 GB RAM these days?

Please help, I'm desperate for a solution!

Google homepage not loading on my mobile. Done all the recommended things, reboot, restart clear cache, uninstall, reinstall nothing works. My husband then checked his phone and it is not loading on his either. Checked for updates and there are none available. We are running 121.0.1 Any advise or hepl appreciated.

Periodically, the following bug occurs on different phones. I also found it in complaints on google play and I will take the text from there (you do not give a solution to the problem), but I will provide my screenshots. This is not the first time this issue has occurred, on various phones in my family. "I tried using it again, and EVERY website I try to access doesn't load. It just shows a gray screen and the lock in the URL bar is in the "connection is not secure" graphic. I can't even access about :config because it's also just a gray screen.HOWEVER, every other browser on my phone works." It helps to solve problems only by completely deleting all firefox files and then setting it up from scratch. It is unpleasant. I have created a simple HTML login form (code pasted below). In the past it worked perfectly using Firefox on Android but now when I tap inside the email field the Suggested logins link appears above my keyboard as normal and, when I click on it, a list of suggested logins is presented as normal. If I tap on one of the suggested logins (A URL with ...... underneath representing the password) I am taken back to the login form but the suggested login has not populated the email and password fields which are still empty. So, I have to type or copy and paste the email and password into the fields in order to be able to login.

Whenever the app leaves the foreground, even for half a second, or if I switch tabs and then return to the original tab, it refreshes and I lose all the data on it. When I need to copy information to fill out a form, or get a code from a 2fa app, I lose all the the progress. This is driving me crazy and making it almost impossible for me to use Firefox as my main browser. I shouldn't have to restart a whole form because I got a phone call and went to the call screen for a second. Battery optimizations are all disabled.

Whenever I open up Firefox and enter a website or a google search nothing happens.

No loading screen, no crash, just nothing.

Uninstalling it and reinstalling it works once, but then the second time I open Firefox I'm back to the same issue.

Google Chrome works just fine, and I'm not having any issues related to data or wifi.

Hello, Firefox for Android has become completely unusable because the tab keep reloading every single time i move away from it.

ever since the latest update (and the version before it) I've encountered a problem with pasting saved user names and passwords into the login brackets.

Expected behaviour: A website is loaded; the website is a login page for which I have saved user data. For the login id and password bracket each Firefox suggests the information via dropdown menu. I choose the specific data set, after which the brackets are filled automatically by the app.

Encountered behaviour: I choose the specific data set, but the information is not filled into the brackets. The user data has to be entered manually for each bracket.
