Every time I try to upload a file to the Microsoft Copilot 365 I keep getting the "Error Occurred Please Try Again" But when I switch to Chrome. I can upload the same files with no problem. Does anyone know why I get the "Error" with Firefox?

FF password manager seams to record password only for the root website as a reference regardless where we are in the website so... if we need two different psds inside a specific website, we're screwed ! Per instance :

For Fsi.com/account I set one password = p1 and for Fsi.com/webmail I set another password = p2

FF password manager store both passwords under Fsi.com so... the latest set overrides the first set.

How can we force FF password manager to reference the whole website path and not only the website root path ?

Hello. I was curious and allowed accuweather but now I regret that and want to get rid of it. But I cannot find it anywhere on my Firefox account, I have been loking everywhere but cannot find anyway to delete accuweather. It feels like a malware and I cannot get rid of it. Please help. When browsing on IMDb (see image attached) when I click on the "See All" button just above "Soundtrack" at the bottom of the image nothing happens. This should expand the list above it, in the case an actor's credits. I have NoScript 13.5.2 installed but all scripts are allowed here. I get this on all the IMDb pages.

Is there anyplace that shows how to use what the new release says on the 146.0. I got the message below when viewing new options in 146.0, but going to settings, sync just wants me to sign in and do a cloud backup.

Doesn't sound like what is in message below that I got after updating to 146.0. From what I found looking around, you are suppose to go to setting, sync, click on backup and choose location. There is no option backup, just an option to sign on. Below is message I got when checking what is in update 146.0:

Suddenly I can no longer connect to gmail or googlemail on mozilla. It works fine everywhere else. At present I'm having to use Microsoft Edge for emails. Everything else on Mozilla seems to work fine. I don't get any messages to say why. The input just sits there with the fullstop going left and right. Any ideas ?

My Bookmarks are missing. I see backups under the profile/bookmarkbackups folder but when I manage bookmarks, they are not in the restore dropdown. I have followed the steps to delete the places.sqlite but when I reopen firefox, I do not see the bookmarks have been restored. I thought it might have been related to Norton Utilities so I renewed a subscription but no luck. I also have a json file with my bookmarks but I cannot choose it from Manage Bookmarks, either

Sometime ago I must have made a typo when entering my email address into a pop-up window in Firefox. Firefox continues to find and use this wrong address in pre-fills but I can't find anyway to correct it. I've worked through Settings/Privacy & Security with no luck. Can someone help please? (Windows 10 Firefox 145.02)

Since update to version 145.0 I cannot send messages, when sending I get this message "Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <*******@shaw.ca> sender rejected AUP#POL. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again". Nothing has changed with account settings. Same problem on another machine that updated to 145.0. Any ideas what is broken?

Hi, Since the last update for Mozilla on the laptop (updated on 6/Oct/2025 - version 143.0.4 (64-bit)), all the shortcuts to websites in Firefox homepage I had pinned have disappeared. Also I can't add new shortcuts. I already have shortcuts enabled in Settings>Home>Firefox Home Content>Shortcuts.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

When i try to insert a screenshot through the clipboard on google or yandex image search, the original image is corrupted. Even i try to upload an image via classic upload-button the same problem reproduise. On other sites there is no similar problem, as well as trying to insert the same image but inside the application windows.
