How can I change my primary email address? I'm not computer smart to find your secret language to do that. Please change my primary email address to: [email edited from public] @gmail.com Cable one has pulled the plug and disconnected my previous [email edited from public] @cableone.net address. No one can send any emails to that address anymore as nothing is there.

I'd like to permanently delete an account that was set up on a former employers email address (email which I can no longer access). Unfortunately I have no secondary email address recorded in the account and all the options on my account page require that I authorise any changes from the email account which I can no longer access.

Is it possible to delete the account?

Instructions on changing primary email address not helpful-prompted to access Accounts but profile displayed would not let me edit my primary email address. When attempted to add secondary address was notified that code was sent to my old email address was was compromised & deleted by security of my carrier Want to add new email address & add secondary email account. Assistance greatly appreciated

Hi, Happy New Year!

Finally I took a deep breath and hoping for no major surprises and bugs, I finally updated Firefox to the latest version.

I have a few questions:

1. As advised, every month I backed up info in the profile, following https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles Is there an up-to-date version of these instructions as the prior ones no longer work (menus were changed, Troubleshooting works differently, etc.).

2. Does the "Allow for session" option for cookies work and if so, what does it do?

3. Is there a way to change the way the TABs look now (washed out, white, very hard to see and differentiate, hard to see which one is the one I am looking at). I am wondering what is the perceived benefit of this change. In the old version I had, the tabs very clearly delineated and easy to see.

4. Where can I find a listing of the enhancements and major changes of the versions released since mid year 2021, from an end user perspective?

My email changed from a .com to a .org and I was forced to reinstall windows before I could change it so I can't recover my account, which has passwords I need attached to it.

I have my firefox username and password. However, whenever I try to sign in nowadays, I am asked to enter a verification code that is sent to my email address within five minutes. The email does arrive, but never withing 5 minutes. I have tried it many times on different devices. It may be my email issue. However, I cannot change the email account unless I cannot log it. Since I cannot receive the verification code within 5 minutes, I am unable to change any of my personal details.

Please advise.

P.S. It was very difficult gettting to this support page. I was asked to log in and verify before continuing for some of the support pages. But like I mentioned, I am unable to receive the verification code within 5 minutes. So I am thankful for this page.

I am unable to add a 2nd email address and/or change my primary email address as my email provider host disabled all old accounts in November and created new address details for all users.

As a result, I am unable to access the verification code that is required.

My old email address was: ... @asme.org

My new email address is: ... @asme-member.org

My cell phone is: ... is a text verification is an option.

I have stored some password with my account. Recently from past couple of days all passwords got cleared and not no passwords are shown. Could you please let me know what needs to be done.

When wanting to add an system to sync my settings, the send verification code received is delayed in transit and expired before i get it. That is due to greylisting on the emailserver.

Trying to add an 2nd email (corporate) email address to circumvent this problem... I have to use enter another verification code that expires in 5 minutes. and you guessed it, that is send to the first emailaddress.

Hi, I'm the owner of account a.westcott@cineca.it that I've created using the mail address of my organization. Now I have resigned and changed organization so I no longer have access to the emails linked to the address a.westcott@cineca.it. Hi, I have a problem retrieving my Firefox account I entered my Gmail and password > But Mozilla gives the message Incorrect password, I repeated this several times but did not log in to my account . The password is correct and I log in to Gmail but it does not log in to my Mozilla Firefox account

I have made Firefox my default browser on my laptop. When reviewing my account I noticed that the original username (e-mail address) I created the account with no longer exists. Is it possible to replace my new e-mail address for the old one, and use it as the new User Name?

Evening from Johannesburg. Please can someone advise as to when i will receive the verification email? I have tried numerous times and i am yet to get one email to action this. First attempt was 05th May. Another, today. I am still waiting and have checked all folders in the said email to use by yourselves.
