For some reason my Firefox on my Mac and Windows computer won't sync even though I am using the same account. I would like my Mac to look the same as my Windows computer. I have tried logging in and logging out on both, all the basic fixes but nothing has helped.

I have checked both in every option in Settings and under my email address in the Firefox app on my android phone, there is no Sync and Save Data. I want to link my phone to my new laptop but it seems the tech gods wish to prevent me. Can anyone help?

I’m being advised via emails from Mozilla, to update my browser. It says it’s up to date. A cut off of 31 March has been stated.

My mbp won’t run higher than OS X 10.11.6. Firefox 78.15.0esr the latest browser for my system..afaik. I am on the ESR update channel, and think it updates automatically.

Am I being left high & dry by Mozilla? Something in the emails about syncing…? Not convinced if this is something I should be doing something about or not…

Any advice or insights much appreciated. The suggestion seems to be that I will be shut out without passwords and recovery keys and whole load of inconvenience…? Thanks in advance, Tim

I have a Firefox account in order to use the sync capabilities. After a sync between desktop and phone the desktop bookmarks are on my phone in an extra folder "desktop bookmarks" and vice versa the phone bookmarks are in folder "Mobile bookmarks" in my desktop Firefox. Is this normal behaviour? I would expect them in one common folder to have a seamless synching.

Recently (since iOS update to 17.3 perhaps?) the share menu from other apps does not show any of my other devices for me to send tabs to.

If I use the share menu to open in Firefox, then use the “send link to device” option there, the expected available devices do show up, and the send action does work (causes tabs to open on those other devices) when I choose them.

This is a recent regression. I want to be able to keep using Firefox on my desktop browser’s despite using a different browser on iOS, and a more cumbersome tab ingestion makes me less likely to continue doing that.

Hi. I am a graphic designer and Web master. I use your browser since I think it's the best. I did a format of my pc and I forgot the password of my account. So I did forgot password. Thinking all my password would of sync and follow me. But it didn't. I had over 1000 password from site that I have recently work on and some still working on it. Which were most of them auto generate. Which I wouldn't have a clue of any of them. PLEASE Is there a way for me to regret my passwords? Only the password. Please thanks!

I am having an issue sending a tab to another device from the Actions menu on IOS. I used to be able to click the Firefox icon and it would give me the options to: Open, Load, Bookmark, add to reading and send to Device. When I select "Send to Device" it says "You don't have any other devices connected to this account available to sync.

It is worth noting that if i am in firefox i CAN send tabs and all the available devices show up. This issue is ONLY from the action button which I use quite a bit to send stuff to my desktop to read later.

I have been requested by e-mail to update my Firefox 78.15.Oesr (64 bits) before the end of March. Is this update compatible with my MacBookPro5,4 with IOS El Capitan 10.11.6? Please note that I cannot install a more recent IOS. Without updating my present Firefox, would I still have access to all my favorite folders and applications? Thanks for your help. I had to change my operating system. before doing that I made sure I have sync my browser. Now after installation browser and login to my account the sync is not doing what I was hoping for. The sync is just uploading the new configuration to the cloud but it is not downloading all the history and add-ons from a version before OS change. I see it is stored but I don't see any option to load those to the current browser. Please, advise what can I do?

Duplicate tab closer closed all tabs that weren't loaded into memory, so how may I restore tabs across all tab groups that were closed as now showing 0 ZERO tabs open in most tab groups!?

I used the password manager feature years and go to it probably 5+ times a week. I went to look for a password today and there are only 5 accounts in there. Trying not to panic I went to my computer to see if it was just my iOS device that wasn't showing them all for some reason, but only the same five accounts are in there too. When I first setup my ipad, all the accounts in the password vault sync'd but they all showed empty so I never bothered looking them up on there. I'm wondering if somehow the ipad's failed sync caused all the other passwords to be corrupted and removed from my account somehow. The 5 accounts I do have are all new accounts I've made over the past month, and I've used it a ton since the old ones. Any ideas for how I could get them back?

Hello, I am trying to sync my browser data between two computers. On the computer I want the data from I click on "Sign in to Sync". This brings me through a couple menus asking me to sign in with google, and finally sends me to a space to set my password. I already have an account associated with my email and already have a password. I type in my same password again and a red bar with "Unverified Session" appears at the top. I am using the latest version of firefox on windows 11. I do not want to delete my account or make a new one. I have tried as many ways as I can think of to link my existing mozilla account to my browser but it simply will not let me. Another support ticket solved this by creating a new account but I find this solution unsatisfactory.

Dear support, Emergency my needs help. Around 10 year plus I am using Mozilla Firefox account and my all data backup, password, web bookmark etc save in my Mozilla account ([edited] @gmail.com ) . But suddenly this month I change my PC windows and after install Mozilla Firefox and login my Mozilla account I can't find my old data, bookmark, password in my Mozilla account, it's so dangerous for me if I loss this .
