I uninstalled Thunderbird on my Windows 10 computer, however when I downloaded and installed it again, I was able to recover most of what I needed from my previous profile, except my task list and tasks.

Having searched every article I was able, I could not find the file extension for tasks and/or task list nor when I do find it how to properly import into my new settings/profile which I am using.

So the issue i have is when i'm trying to access my gmail accounts from Mozilla. Whenever i try to access my mailbox or gmail site in itself it transfers me to outlooks login. I assume there's some setting or similar that i'm missing that's causing the issue but i haven't been able to find it.

I've narrowed it down to not being any add-on since i only got few but none of them should affect anything email related in anyway shape or form. Also it works fine in Chrome which has been my go-to go around for the issue but honestly it's getting a bit annoying.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Running Thunderbird 115.10.1 on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7. Mail stopped communicating. Tried using the "Access Account Setup" for existing Email. Put in full name, email address and password and clicked continue to have Thunderbird configure the settings automatically. Did not work with auto settings (POP3). Went back to "Access Account Setup" for Existing Email and instead of clicking continue, I selected "Configure manually". Tried putting in the IMAP protocols and correct port settings, but the "Done" button is grayed out. I am at a loss of what to do to get my email back up and running and at the same time don't want to lose and emails/folders that are currently set up. Any help would be great.

Triggered usually by any Website with a (google) map.

   Chrome on Android 13 on the Oukitel RT5 displays these Websites properly.

'Split Screen' functionality & gestures useless. The appear they might work until finger contact with the touchscreen is discontinued, then every attempt rebounds to half the screen still black.

  The only 'way out' of 'split' screen is to exit FF.

There appears no way to 'disable' Android's split-screen functionality

I am trying to sign in to my Yahoo email account in Thunderbird. I enter my email address, and my password (double checking it's correct), then I click Continue, then it finds a POP3 configuration for my email address. Then I click Done, and it stays stuck on "Checking Password", until ultimately it tells me "Unable to log in at server. Probably wrong configuration, username, or password."

Aside from this, I would like to store all my emails on the server (using IMAP?) and not on my computer using POP3. So when I go to configure IMAP manually and try to type in the values on this page ( https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN4075.html ) (although the fields don't exactly match), I type everything in and the "Done" button is greyed out so I can't even continue.

I found one other topic but they got farther than I did and they got to the Yahoo sign in screen which I did not, and they are using OAuth2 which I don't think I am, but I'm not sure.

Does anyone know how I can fix this and set up my Yahoo account with Thunderbird?

in the contact field, how do i change the name of a contact field like custom properties or organizational properties to something else? i do not know how to add an image! So, go to address book, new contact, and you will see the fields custom properties and organizational properties towards the bottom.....Thank you...b³

Hi, I am looking for some help. I am using Windows 10, Comcast internet, and a VPN. I get error message when my VPN is on saying that my IP Address has bee blacklisted and I can not send or receive emails using Thunderbird. I also get an error within Thunderbird. My VPN Service says its either Comcast or Thunderbird. Been working with Comcast on the issue. Could it be a Thunderbird issue? My VPN Service says to reinstall Thunderbird but no guaranties that will help. Please let me know if there are any solutions I can try. Otherwise I may need to pay more for a dedicated IP Address. I have been given an email account as a board member of a local non-profit organization. I have tried but cannot get it to work in Thunderbird. It does, however, work on my Apple devices (iPad, iPhone & Watch). I'm missing important correspondence by not being able to get on my desktop. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I am having different issues with the app, close to everytime i use it. We still use some Dell 13g servers equipped with idrac 8. When I'm trying to launch the virtual Console the window opens up but nothing shows. This used to work fine in previous versions of Firefox. I can't tell from which version it stopped but it's not long ago. Also idrac 9 console works fine in Firefox When trying to open console idrac 8 in Chrome it works fine Any idea what could be causing it? Any config switch to tweak?

I use Lightfolio.com for my website hosting. My computer does not let me login or load the website using Firefox. I've deleted the cookies, and played with the settings, and it still doesn't work. I'm really needing help as this is dampering my business.

the built in eyedropper tool is the simplest and easiest solution to grabbing screen colors without granting file permission to 3rd party solutions for full funcionality. I have power-toys but I hate to see this tool needlessly depreciated. My workflow needs to sample many colors at a time making the menu navigation needless. PLEASE let there be a way to add it to the toolbar, I hope there is. Thanks for your time

Hi All,

I would like the content area of my tabs moved up so that the box is filled with the actual tab color, without the white background, and also the text will be vertically centered. Right now, the text is dropping too close to the bottom of the tab.

Had this looking very nice in FF 88 with the same code, as you can see in the attached images, but it seems to render differently in FF 115 ESR and FF 125.

Below is some code I used to style the tabs, but the problem exists without this code as well.

I've also included some "tabs on bottom" code I'm using as well at the very bottom.

Would sure like to get those Classic Toolbar Buttons working again too (shown in the second image), but that will be a later request :)

I'm on a Mac running Monterey 12.7.4. I've been using Firefox for years with no issues. All of a sudden Firefox can't load any websites. Message: "We can’t connect to the server at www.XXX.ca." But Safari loads all websites with no problems. I can't figure this out.
