Microsoft Edge Geolocation Issue

Since the release of Microsoft Edge versions 114.0.1823.37 and 114.0.1823.41, there have been numerous reported cases of geolocation issues resulting in players being unable to log in to Playnow.com. We recommend using an older version of Microsoft Edge (113.0.1774.57) or using another browser such as Chrome .

My old juno account is defunct. I want to keep my account using gmail address. I tried but Mozilla sends a code to my defunct juno account. Will I need to open a new account? Please send help to [email removed from public]

How can I revert my sync data to what I had been using on my newer computer, following the use of an old outdated computer ? My bookmarks, passwords et al. have reverted to the old data.

I have tried to turn off sync on the older machine that I rarely use. There are many bookmarks that I need to recover now on the new machine. I had everything selected to sync to the newer data on the older machine, but it would not sync. Now my new machine shows the the old data!

I was browsing and commenting on a YouTube video, when my my typing wasn't showing up for several seconds after I typed it...like 20-30 seconds. I checked Windows Task Master and 10 instances of firefox were open (I was only using one tab) and they were using 68% of my CPU and 90% of my available memory, basically locking up my computer. I tried closing it and reopening it, but the same thing happened. I had to go to another browser. I remember this happening in the past, and I had to move to another browser permanently. I would much rather stay with Firefox if you can prevent this from happening.

All stories on Fox news and Yahoo do not show comments on the end of the stories. If I use MS edge the comment sections are there on all stories. I am using the latest mozilla program and am running windows 10.

I have the latest version of firefox as of 6/8/23. I want to be able to click on a link and the + sign on the upper left webpage, (next to the tab) to open a new window, not a new tab. I have been able to do this since firefox was invented many years ago, but suddenly the option for that in settings appears to have disappared. When I uncheck the box in the tab section in settings, "open links in tabs instead of new windows", it is still opening links in tabs. Is there a way to stop the link from opening in a new tab, and instead open a window in a new browser any more? If not, I will be sad to switch over a browser that can still do this. Hopefully someone will provide a solution. While many online posts refer to a "options" button, I only see "settings" button (when I click on the three lines in the upper right).

Am using Mozilla Firefox installed via flatpak on openSUSE. Certain pdfs display correctly but other pdfs displayed with Firefox (either locally or online) are displayed badly: spaces are replaced with a lower half block character, fonts not sharp. I installed Firefox from the openSUSE repos (not from flathub) and opened the same pdf and it displayed correctly. I downloaded the pdf and opened it using Okular and no problems. I also opened the “troublesome” pdfs on Firefox in Windows and it displays correctly. I conclude that the flatpak version of Firefox is causing some pdfs to display incorrectly but I don’t know why.

I installed flatseal to tweak the flatpak Firefox’s settings but nothing seemed to fix the pdf display issue. Please see screenshot below of how Firefox (from openSUSE repos, on the left hand side) and Firefox (from flathub, on the right hand side) display the same pdf from the internet. The online pdf in the screenshot and used as an example of the issue can be found at:

Not sure why some pdfs display correctly in Firefox from flathub and others display incorrectly. I’d prefer to use flatpak’s sandboxed Firefox if possible. Is there anyone else with the same problem or someone who who found a solution to this issue?

British Airways enable cookies page, essential cookies greyed out so can't log in. The other three cookie choices are live and ticked. This problem has been here for weeks - can anyone suggest what is wrong?

In the last few days, I have noticed that a number of websites are throwing me SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP errors. Most websites, particularly more modern websites, seem to not have this issue. As some more professional examples, www.twitch.tv and www.dndbeyond.com throw this error. I have tried setting temporarily TLS version fallback limit and min to 0, with no change. I'm not really sure how to go about debugging what cyphers these websites do support and why they are throwing these errors. Any help on where to start would be greatly apprecaited.

Im very worried, today (8th of june) I got a trojan warning from windows defender. the contamination affected this file path :

I have severe difficulties with my Windows computer to open many websites I want to open, even those of banks I normally can easily enter.

Do you have any advice for me how to fix that? I searched in the help function but found the advice to be insufficient. And I also found no way to manually change the setting for the individual pages.

How do I stop firefox from preventing my mac from shutting down? All other open apps are closed and data and settings saved automatically by apple when i hit shut down but firefox just stays open and prevents shutdown until i close it manually.

at the very top of firefox browser are 3 rows...the highest row is the list of open tabs.....the middle row is the address bar itself with various icons....the lowest row which is the third row begins with 'import bookmarks' 'getting started' and then various website suggestions.

that 3rd row takes up space and has no useful functionality for me .....i've tried changing the settings but i can't alter it... is there a harmless way to eliminate that third row? thanks

I'm trying to use the, "*", "%", "^", in my browser bar. What exactly do these do? After entering the shortcut I get a "Tab" or "History" button that shows up in the search bar and then after hitting enter nothing happens. Isn't this feature suppose to search inside all my open tabs and my History? Nothing happens after I hit enter.

if i have the "clear cache" addon: and i have 2 browser instances open, when i clear the cache, does it clear both instances or just the one whose button i clicked ?
