i do not remember how find my mozilla Firefox account in order to clean out the cache and cookies, and to resolve breaches. Could not manage to figure out how to resolve breaches the last time I signed in... Ugh!

When I attempt to sync my devices as explained in the help instructions, I do not get the option to "sync and save data " as described in the help instructions on my phone.

How do I add the icon for an add-on which is not shown when I click on "customize toolbar"? When I click customize toolbar the result does not show any of the icons for add-ons/extensions.

I am lost. The articles in Mozilla Support explaining how to backup and migrate my current account , after reading them, just gave me a headache. Can someone explain (in plain english) please, how I can save my passwords, bookmarks and cookies that Firefox has associated with my 8 year old Win 10 Pro desktop so I can transfer that data to a new Win 11 Pro desktop. When I opened my Browser this morning (15 March 2023), I saw a message that I could edit PDF documents directly with Mozilla. There was a suggestion (button, I think) to try it. I did. There was a sample letter. On the letter in light gray were comments like "Use the [I-bar} to write here" and "Use the [paint brush] to...." I have no idea where these icons are. Their pictures on the screen where the suggestions are given are not interactive.

I recently noticed in Firefox Settings the statement --- "Your browser is being managed by Your organization".

When I clicked on that statement and printed off the information, that information was apparently about "Enterprise Policies", the management is "Active", the Policy Name is "certificates", the Policy Value is "ImportEnterpriseRoots", and then it is "true". I do not understand the message that is being shared here. Does Firefox understand it? If Firefox does understand it, would you mind sharing your understanding with me?

What is "ImportEnterpriseRoots"? What is its function? Concerning the statement, "Your browser is being managed by Your organization", what is meant by the words, "Your organization" and what is meant by the word, "managed".

To rid myself of "ImportEnterpriseRoots", will I need to rid myself of Firefox?

I have followed the directions to change settings for pop-up blocker but when I go to the permissions section of Privacy&Security there is no BLOCK POP-UP WINDOWS with a checked box next to it. So I cannot make exceptions.

I have Firefox for Android on my Samsung tablet version 111. I don't know what I am doing wrong.

For the past week or two I have been getting these annoying pop ups with the Mozilla Firebox emblem demanding that I download the Mcafee and scan my computer for viruses. I don't want to have anything to do with Mcafee or download ANYTHING from them. What's going on? How do I fix this?

Regarding the extensions drop down menu, how does one re-arrange (and possibly hide) these extensions that are not pinned to the toolbar? I know how that to rearrange the extensions pinned to the toolbar: one has to go to "Customized Toolbar" and drag and drop. But I can't find information on how to re-arrange these other extensions. Thks

The new pdf editing feature doesn't work. When opening a pdf with Firefox I can only copy any text that's there but I cannot edit or add to the document, mostly view it.

I have the latest version of Android 13 and Firefox up to date on my phone, but there's been some weird behavior when playing videos as of late. Videos refuse to properly go fullscreen now. When I tap the fullscreen button, the video moves to the center of the screen but stays in portrait orientation, which is obviously not what I want. In addition, picture-in-picture is not working at all, and the notification control panel (that lets you pause and play minimized videos from the notification) is not appearing even though notifications are not disabled for Firefox. Videos still play, but almost none of the features for them are working. What is going on? Can anyone help?

I have Adblocker Ultimate as an add-on. But I can't seem to put it in my toolbar. I have searched the internet to resolve this problem and nothing worked. It is listed in my Add-ons manager but I can't get it to show up in any bookmarks or the toolbar. It does work but I can't find it anywhere.

I subscribe to a website called flat.io. It's a site where I can enter music notation and get playback through emulated instruments.

I want to connect my Yamaha MX88 music keyboard directly to flat.io in order to have the site software record my music keyboard keystrokes instead of entering music notes by hand. flat.io tells that you are compatible, but I need to change settings to allow midi.

I had to deactivate 2FA briefly, and then attempted to use a reactivate it again. I am able to scan a QR, but when I try to enter the OTP codes that show up, I receive the following message "Incorrect two-step authentication code". This has happened with Raivo and Authy (the previous 2FA app). What is causing this?
