Hi, if you want to Refresh a web page, that is the same as Reload. You can use the toolbar button with the circling arrow, or Ctrl+R.
If you want to Refresh Firefox -- meaning restore original settings and remove add-ons -- see this article: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings.
