I'm getting this error when I try to bring up Firefox. What do I do now?

However, this only happens after a while. If I restart my computer, my Firefox will completely log me out of everything and I'll be able to connect to the internet for a while, until one day it doesn't. This typically happens to me once every 2 weeks, although it happened to me after 1 day this week between restarts. I tried the steps to remove the proxy but that doesn't work. Is there anyway to resolve this issue overall so I don't have to constantly restart? I am able to access the internet through safari and chrome currently. I am on Firefox 128.0.2.

Experiencing slow upload speeds on 128.0.

Recently got a 1 gig connection and the upload speeds are all over the place. While I prefer Firefox, I did try a couple of different browsers and they both gave me pretty symmetrical speeds close to the 1 gig speed.

I want to continue to use Firefox as usual , but this is not possible because of the continued message about the "wrong address" related to the URL . I have changed nothing , and i dont understand . PLease will you fix it .

I like to keep my sidebar open with a list of my bookmarks because I have a LOT of them. I have always kept it open and then today for some reason after a reboot of my machine, Firefox will NOT keep the sidebar open permanently. I can see the sidebar button on the address bar, and pressing this button will reopen the sidebar, but I don't want to have to reopen it all the time because it doesn't save my size settings. I have looked at the JSON file where this setting is supposedly stored and nothing looks wrong. I even deleted this file (after making a backup) and nothing changed.

How do I get my sidebar to stay open so when I start up a new window, it is already open and I don't need to use the button or the keybind?

I found the settings for the app with, but the app itself isn't the listed under apps.

I was able to make Firefox the default, but in partnership with what? With Firefox as the "default", Google Assistant is deactivated.

I have a recurring problem, just started a few weeks ago. It comes and goes. I try to play netflix videos and get the message "Firefox is installing components need to play audio or video." I can't tell anything is being installed. I've tried purging cache, restarting firefox, restarting my computer. Windows 10. Firefox version 128.0.3 (64-bit)

Ive already changed my firefox language in settings, restarted firefox, restarted my mac. All to no avail. The finderr download dialog box is still in spanish. The rest of firefox is in english, my computer is in english and its set as a main language. I simply dont understand. Ive asked chatgpt and the answer is the same "change firefox language settings"... but my settings are in english already

I noticed that websites in my main firefox profile began showing the time in UTC rather than following my timezone.

privacy.resistFingerprinting and privacy.resistFingerprinting.testing.setTZtoUTC are set to false

Other profiles follow my timezone, so I would imagine that this has something to do directly with my current firefox profile.

I would like to set a delay for the trigger of lazy loading of tabs, so that if I select a tab for a time shorter than X seconds, it won't load it. Is there such a configuration? Thanks,

I'm having a problem where on a default installation of firefox (on linux mint 21) where Settings > Privacy & Security > History is always set to "Use custom settings for history" when I restart firefox. This is a default installation. Even if I do the folowing...

1 Close firefox 2 Remove the /home/myname/.mozilla folder 3 Start firefox and change Privacy & Security > History to "Remember history" 4 Close and restart firefox

The Settings > Privacy & Security > History is always reset to "Use custom settings for history" even on a DEFAULT install. I realize that this is because there is a history/cookie setting that is NOT the default, but I didn't set any non-defaults. This is a default installation with a brand new profile. Any ideas what could be causing this?
