Hello,
Is it some kind of a verification link??
if it is so and your verification link doesn't work, it's possible that it was broken by your email/bank/website system. If the verification link isn't clickable or part of the link is cut off, please copy and paste the entire URL into your browser's address bar and press Enter.
It's also possible that the verification link has expired. System set the expiration time to be relatively short for your protection.
Try asking for a new link from the concerned one's.
I think I may have figured this out. I am thinking this is from an advertisement, clickbank does billing and such for advertisers. When they have bad accounts, they fix the ad window to show this message. When this has happened, which is a lot, it is when an ad window alternates the ads, which is why it doesn't happen every time. I think this would show up if you clicked on an ad and it would take you to another tab and this message would be the web page. So, what I am guessing is that they have the advertisement set up to take you to the ad if you do a mouse over, not actually clicking. I spoke to the clickbank people and they say no way, but I can't see any other way that it would be happening.
Make sure that you aren't using a bookmark to link to a specific page as such a link can easily expire and can become invalid.
