porque mi telefono se apaga y no vuelve a encender
Hola quisiera preguntar porque el telefono se apaga a las 5 o 6 horas de no usarlo para nada, y para poder volver a encenderlo debo retirar y colocar nuevamente la bateria puesto que no enciende con el boton, cuando hago este procedimiento me fijo en la bateria si esta descargada pero no lo esta; todo lo contrario tiene toda su carga, espero me ayuden gracias. Psdata: es un alcatel ot fire 4012 y firefox os 1.1.0.0
