every time I open a new window in firefox a popup window appears and says that I have been choosen to do this survey about firefox and after I do this it tells me that I may choose a $100 gift voucher from Woolworths, ,coles, Aldi all i need to do is fill in my private details so is this been done by firefox or is it a scam and if it is how do i get rid off it

This is complete bogus! We have none of this going on - please do a malware check:

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Would like to thank Feer56 for all your help I id run MSS found a keylogger and deleted it again thanks for all your help Regards Mick
