Apple has strict control over which apps can be in the iTunes store. They won't allow apps that contain programming languages such as JavaScript (a key part of the web). They also prohibit apps that duplicate functionality of core apps.

Thank You. At times Safari on my iMac is so frustrating. My past employer (retired) has web site that acts quirke with my iPhone and iPad Maybe it is time for another brand>
