For Windows, there is only a 32-bit version of Firefox. This refers to the way Windows runs the program and what plugins are compatible, and not how it connects to websites.

Could you give us more information on the error? For example, are you trying to print a PDF displayed in the browser, or using another plugin?

A screen shot (blur out the personal/confidential parts) might help. This article has some tips on that: How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

Also, in case you are seeing a phishing or malware teaser, be skeptical of any software offered to solve this "problem."

Windows compatible version is available.

I admit that maybe I just do not know what this means. Your assistance is deeply appreciated.

Hi Drew, judging from the location and name of that file, it seems to be a Google add-on that is not starting correctly. Could you check your extensions list and disable the Google ones and then restart Firefox and test again?

Also, check for and disable Google plugins here:
