Greetings,

This is my first time posting here, so I apologize if my posting format is incorrect in any way.

My issue is that ever since the update to FF for Android around the first of the year, my open tabs are no longer being saved. The only way to avoid that occurrence seems to be to switch between apps using task manager - however, if you have to return to the home screen for any reason, the tabs are wiped out when you return to Firefox.

(Just to let you know, I don't use Sync because it screws with my Xmarks account.) Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi there,

Welcome to the forums. :) When you return to the home screen, do you see your previous tabs under History, or is it all completely forgotten at that point? Android has a tendency to save memory by removing apps that haven't been used for a while, and sometimes that means Firefox is essentially reset with no tabs open. Normally it should be possible to bring them back from the History menu though.

Cheers, David
