I have a Motorola MB525 smart phone onto which I successfully downloaded a copy of Firefox. I started using it, but then a problem developed with the phone, and it had to go back for repair. The phone retained the appllication. My chip did not. Therefore now I cannot access it, or download it again because your website thinks I've already got it loaded on the phone because it recognises my number & googlemail address. How do I get it back again because I only used the facility about 3 times!
