Will inserting files be available in Gmail, Twitter, FB on iPhone ?

Safari does not allow use of the "install file" or "upload image" features in Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, etc. The buttons used for install and/or upload are not usable (the text is grayed out). Will FireFox enable those features either alone or with Google Chrome? P.S. I am not a techie and this is my first Apple. I am not even using a desktop currently.

Please help!

Firefox Home doesn't add any features to Safari other than importing specific types of data from a desktop / laptop version of Firefox, like bookmarks and some browsing history. Firefox Home is not a web browser like Firefox is on a desktop / laptop device.
