What's with the UGLY graphic on the "Welcome to Firefox" page at http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/6.0.2/whatsnew/

Firefox has provided two updates now. Each time Firefox installed the update then opened with the "Welcome to Firefox" webpage. No problem. But that webpage has an ugly graphic across the top. I wonder if the Firefox site has been hacked (yeah, right). More likely an HTML code issue... Again, the web address is http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/6.0.2/whatsnew/
