I downloaded both version 5 and version 6 and both hang up as soon as they open a webpage. The page freezes and when I click on anything the bell sond is made sort of like it's waiting for me to do something.

I'vedownload, uninstalled, run cleaners and utilities and MS defender, reinstalled etc. all with same result
