Can Firefox 5 support trusteer rapport software - bank use
I have just downloaded Fire fox version 5, I run software for my business banking, rapport software by trusteer this is used for many banks HSBC etc, the icon used to show on the top address bar next to the www.hsbc.co.uk. I am unable to log into the bank now as this has disappeared. Can you help, I need for this to show.

Open the Trusteer control panel, select FAQ's. Input the keywords. You will be instructed to click on a hyperlink with Firefox opened. Follow the instructions Trusteer gives you (Trusteer will be reloaded), and FF5 will now have the Trusteer arrow and will work as before. Don't know why this procedure is not listed on the Rapport website. Hope this works for everyone else!

frankfiror: I'm having the same problem as p.dawson but I'm much less computer savvy. Can you walk us through step by step? Don't know how to access the trusteer control panel or what keywords you're talking about. All I know is suddenly, Rapport isn't working now that I've changed to Firefox 5.0.
Would really appreciate your help.
