Please tell me why when I create the apps tab up to 7th, then after restart Firefox, all the tabs disappear although I did not clear the history. This problem happened twice time for me and it's really make me angry.

App tabs and Tab Groups (Panorama) are stored as part of the session data in the file sessionstore.js in the Firefox Profile Folder
If you use CCleaner then make sure that Session is unchecked in the settings for the Firefox application.

It is also possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Profile Folder
Delete sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Profile Folder
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder
If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.
Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note).
