The scroll feature for touch pads of dell laptop is not working in firefox. I'm using Windows 7 and this feature is working with all other programs.

go to synaptic.com and download the the latest driver. Then go into control panel and and remove the current driver. Restart computer and then install the new driver. That worked for me.
I got a solution.............
uninstall the old synaptics.
go at http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19
search for input device download and install Alps-Driver.
