I asked you this before and you told me how to print in general which means you did not pay attention to my problem as I certainly know how to print. When you print coupons, they do not take you to your print menu. You are asked to install a coupon printer (on Explorer I can print coupons because it took the download of the coupon printer but as you know, Explorer is difficult to work with).

Here is what happens. Sorry this is so long. To install coupon printer it tells you to click on open on download. They show the name of the download (Coupon Printer) with the word open beside it. I have to right click to get the word open. I click on open and get a menu for executible. I click on okay. Then I get a menu that says do you want to run this file. I hit run. Then I get coupon prints for windows and I click next. Then get license agreement and I click next agreeing to license. Then I get a message installation is a success. Then I get another message installation was not successful. I visited trouble shooting guide for Mozilla Firefox and it tells me to do the same stuff. I have tried over and over and cannot print coupons from any coupon printing site...Couponbug, Betty Crocker, Giant, etc. This is very frustrating to have to go to Internet Explorer. I am poor and need all the coupons I can get.
