Is there a possibility to find an overview of all possible open source components? Not only those in a specific version or specification, but all of them which have been already used and exist? o Names and version of the OSS components o copyright information o the complete license texts

It's licensing information of all third party components. Isn't that what you wanted?
Actually we need ALL subcomponents. So any included fragments in the source code, which also come from other sources without using a scan tool. Is this possible?
Hello again, can you let me know if there is a way we could find all this information? Our wish is to go around the scanning tools like Blackduck. However if this is not possible, we will use the common way and gather them.
