I did clean cookies, delete website settings and data, nothing worked, finally, I did disable under general > network settings> Enable DNS over HTTPS unchecked I have used this dns over https for so long and I guess apple for some reason refuse that this time, having all traffic going towards a dns even mozilla saying they make sure is secure and private, I will leave it desable for now
