Diffulty paying my bills
I could not pay my bills at handelsbanken.se today... so they adviced me to try another browser and I had to use Edge for the first time ever... and that worked. Why coud I not pay my bills with firefox as usual?

Did you clear Cache/History and then re-login back? Is AutoFill enabled.
Please explain the problem in detail. What does/doesn't happen? What are the exact error messages?
Make sure you are not blocking content.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I could not add one payment to my list of payments. The OCR was not accepted for one payment I gor a red star beside that, although I put on the right OCR. Then when I tried to pay the rest of my bills I did not get anywhere... usually I should be asked to add a code to accept the payment, but now Nothing happened when I tried to pay. I have not touched any settings and this is the first time this happens.
What is OCR? Did you check your email to confirm if this payment option was set.
An OCR number is a specially formulated reference number that is usually found at the bottom of a payment advice slip...and I have not changed anything from when I have payed my bills the last time that´s why this is a total mystery to me.
I do know sites that if you pay online bills you have to have email registered for notification did you check to see what it said about your OCR and online bill payments?
