search results appear in the address field instead of the search field in the centre of the home page
Folks, Is there any way to get FireFox to return search results to the search field under the FireFox logo in the home page. Regards Bob

Hi, Bob. Sorry if I have misunderstood. For what I believe you are asking you need to edit a preference in about:config. Open about:config (see article linked below) and search for handoff. You need to change the following preference to false. browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar
