Hello. New clean install of Windows 10 and added all my programs. I've just installed Zemana antilogger and it says it has found adware in Firefox. Big red warning saying - Adware! c:\windows\system32\tasks\mozilla/firefox background update 308046b0af4a39cb Malwarebytes didn't find anything and Norton 360 didn't find anything. So I am just checking if this should be quarantined or marked as safe. I have installed quite a few programs since my clean install of Windows, including Paint.Net from Major Geeks and Windows 7 games from Winaero. All other programs downloaded were from mainstream sites such as Adobe and Microsoft. My feeling is that this is a false positive, but I just wanted to check please if the above is a genuine part of Firefox. I literally only did the clean install and program downloads yesterday and this morning.
