Disable Pop Up Blockers
I'm trying to disable some pop-up blockers but I can't even find where "tools" are.
I like to ] further comment if this is going to Firefox Support. This is the most complicated mess I've ever dealt with.

Sorry to see your issue. Let's see if this will fix it:
1. Click the 3 lines stacked on each other to open the application menu. 2. Go to settings. 3. Go to "Privacy and Security". 4. Scroll down near the bottom to the "Permissions" section.
One of the options is to block pop-up windows (tabs that open in a new tab, or just external windows). If it is checked, it will block all pop-ups. If not, it will not block pop-ups.

As a footnote: "Tools" is a menu on the classic menu bar (File, Edit, View...). In Firefox for Windows, the bar is hidden to match Microsoft's platform guidelines. If you prefer to show a menu bar, this article has the steps: Restore the Menu bar in Firefox.
Are you using any ad blocker add-ons? Load the web page. After the page is loaded, click the AdBlock icon. Now select Disable on <website>. After, reload the page.
