Have a paid subcription but when I try to download the app for windows its asking me to pay for it which I have already have.

Paying for something I can't use that is just stupid and the support is just awful.

No reponse will be telling my bank to cancel the next payment which is due on the 12/03/2021

You can download the VPN from vpn.mozilla.org. You’ll be prompted to sign in to the Firefox Account you purchased the VPN with. Once you download the client, the installer should guide you through the rest. After you've installed it, open the client (by searching your device for Mozilla VPN), flip the switch to On, and you're good to go! It'll cover any internet activity on the device while it is turned on, including your browser activity.
