When opening a URL, it opens a save/ download file popup instead of opening the website
when i try to access a website, it instead opens a save file option. this has happened for some websites but not others and it doesn't allow me to access the website. please help. thanks!

How are you opening the link? Is it a bookmark? Webpage? . . . .
It is a webpage, for example i search up twitch on google and click on the link
