Hello All,

Been working with Spoke and Hubs for a bit now and would love a workaround for this. How do you keep the same URL of a published room, while still being able to go back into Spoke and update it. Will the updates sync. I have just been working off the assumption that it needs to done when it is all said and done, which when linking multiple rooms together or working with a client can be a big pain. Thanks in advance.

Hi, when you make an update to a scene and hit "publish to hubs" the scene url stays the same (it looks like this.. with the word scene in it: https://hubs.mozilla.com/scenes/TyXHC8X)

To update the scene in a room all you need to do is either refresh the room (when no one is in it, so it doesnt stay stuck on the old version of the scene) or if people are using it, go to "change scene" and select the updated scene from your list of scenes. Both of these ways enable you to update the scene in a room without changing the room's URL.

If you want to make an update to a scene, and not change the original (e.g. in case its being used in multiple rooms and you only want one of them to be updated) there is an option to "save as" in Spoke that would let you create a duplicate copy of the scene so your original can remain intact.
