"Translate" and "dictionary" in context menu - possible to choose apps?

Is there any way to choose which apps will be used when clicking on "translate" or "dictionary" in the context menu (long press on a word on a website) on Android?

Right now clicking on "translate" always opens Google Translator (I even only see the translate button when the Google Translator app is installed) and "dictionary" opens a seemingly pre-installed dictionary on my Samsung Galaxy S10 ( Android 10) - on my older Samsung Tab S2 (Android 7) I do not see the translate button at all (I tried installing a couple of dictionary apps from the Play Store).
