Thanks. We're also aware of your Reddit post. I believe someone is currently in touch with you. If not, your issue has been escalated internally, and the Mozilla VPN team will be working with you to resolve your problem.

I want to not be charged for my subscriptions while I'm unable to use them.

I paid for the VPN, and I have no VPN currently.

My two-factor is gone. My account is unrecoverable after that according to support docs.

Is there someone who can email me? Or can see if someone can email me back? I sent a direct email to VPN over a week ago now.

Messaging once a day a question at a time is not working.

Can you just cancel my subscription, then? Forget the account?

I'm pretty poor. I send money to Mozilla to support the project, but it's literally taking food from me.

There has to be another way to get help for paying customers?
