Firefox - favicon not loaded when opening a link in new window with specs

Hi, I am trying to open a link in new window with specifications. The application icon is not loaded on the new window, instead firefox icon is loaded.

That is because the window is showing the title bar and no tab; the site icon usually appears on the tab.

You could file a bug and see whether they'll change it for the "there is no tab" scenario.

But that is unlikely to occur quickly, so depending on your needs, you might need to consider some workarounds.
