I am on an interactive web page. It asks me to go to my e-mail (aol) to get some information such as a password then to return to the web page to continue. I do not know how to do this without losing the web page. Currently I go to another computer to read the mail and then go back to the first computer. Or I minimize Firefox browser, load another browser to read mail, then maximize Firefox. I am looking for a simpler way of doing this. (If I close tab it goes back to desktop) George

You could open your email in a separate tab. Tabs are just like different windows, but they display at the top. See Use tabs to organize lots of websites in a single window for more information.

Hope this helps.
