After updating to the latest version of Firefox, I lost all my passwords and if I try to re-enter them they disappear again when I reboot. As noted on reddit, I'm not the only one who has had this happen to them. This happens with or without the 6/12/19 Windows 10 update.

Things that I have tried. 1. replacing the logins.json profile file with the json corrupt file 2. refreshing Firefox 3. A lot of people asked if there is more than one profile (No there isn't)

Will someone ask what about:support looks like. Here it is https://pastebin.com/XQQyVYKC

hi, as people said the passwords would be gone after a reboot, but not a restart during the same session - are you using any external software (like ccleaner) that might interfere with firefox data?

Avast but I was using it before I updated with no problems.

Hello, I came upon this thread and it may help you. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1222829 d

Here: "it's very difficult to think of how an external program could break the address/search bar and new tab page. Unless Avast is locking Firefox data files; perhaps you can set an exception for your Firefox profile folders here: C:\Users\your-user-name\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles That is a hidden folder. To navigate there, set Windows to show hidden files and folders: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files"
