How can I COPY the same window when I create a new window

more options

Would like to create a new window (or tab) and copy the same window to the new window. Really handy when there's a link you want to follow, yet be able to return to the original window.

Also, would be GREAT if one could get support directly from the Firefox developers, as community support is fair at best.

I get around this by; When I find a link I want to check out, I open it in a new tab/window. Then when I am done, I close it and am back where I started.

Hi Lrrryo, there isn't a one-step method for this. You can:

(1) Right-click the tab > Duplicate tab

(2) Drag the tab down past the main toolbar to detach it and it should pop out into its own window

Please let the developers keep working on fixing the thousands of open bugs! You'll just have to put up with the "fair" support.
