How can I speak to a person about my I phone
when I use my Iphone I can put in the number, it then rings, then drops. This happened yesterday after I updated firefox. Please have a person call me so I can fix the problem.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your phone.
Are you making a call through a webpage in Firefox? Firefox shouldn't affect calls made through your Phone app.
