OS: Windows 10 (Japanese) Firefox Quantum 64 bit up to date

I noticed in a Program Files (x86) Dashlane/Upgrade/DashlaneDownloader.exe

I wonder if it is safe to delete this or it has some thing to do with Firefox browser?

Any help in this regard will be appreciated. Thank you

That is not a firefox Browser program. Sounds more like a malware install if you didn't install such a program.
